I saw a movie on TV in the mid to late nineties. The plot went something like this:

A woman is having an affair with a married man. Following a struggle he goes head fist through a window and is killed when a pane of glass goes through his neck. She goes on the run - she starts having a relationship with a man she meets on the run (they have sex in a public toilet), but at the end of the film she loses her legs after being run over by a train and dies whilst being held by the man she meets on the run.
