I have an American Standard residential wall hung toilet and an adapter type carrier for wood stud construction. Would like some specifics on installation. Thank you.

What brand / make / type of the frame did you get ?

First, make sure the frame accepts the toilet you are planning on installing. Reframe opening to specifications. Set the frame inside 2"x6" wall, set hight as per preference, connect drain and water, drywall over it and install the toilet on pre-set bolts.

There should be instructions that came with the frame to explain every installation detail.
