I took unwanted 72 yesterday morning but I again had sex today morning and I thought that pill will work till 72 hour. Will it keep working, after more sex, or will I get pregnant?

With unprotected sex, I will assume this is the case, anything can happen. Use more PREaction instead of REaction.

There will always be a chance of becoming pregnant, even with emergency contraception. The effectiveness starts to go down each day after you take it, so you would have less in your system today than you did yesterday, but generally you should be fairly protected, just not as much. It also depends on where you happen to be in your cycle as to how effective it is at preventing pregnancy.
It is important to remember that emergency contraceptives are not as effective as if you took regular birth control pills on a daily basis. If you plan to continue having regular sex, it would be wise to speak to your doctor about more effective forms of birth control. Certainly, however, using unwanted 72 is going to be more helpful than if you did nothing.
You can take it again for added peace of mind... however, you may be more likely to experience some side effects as you might still from having taken it already.

It is not really safe to take the "morning after pill" to often, because of the possible side effects. This type of pill is for accidental sex, unplanned sexual contact, not for people having regular sexual contact. You need to have other plans for protection. Normally at least two methods because none are 100 percent.
The idea for 72 is that is effective within 72 hours after sex. But the longer you wait after sex, the less and less effective it is.
I do agree, no the one yesterday will not have the same affect as one taken after, so you may want to consider taking another one, but do read the possible side effects.
