My GE refrigerator side by side dispenses water intermittently. Water flows with no problem on demand and ice maker is working. I unplugged power to the control panel for several minutes and still have intermit dispense of water. What is the cause and how can I correct this issue? Thank you!

Please clarify your problem if you are getting water when you demand it okay, and the icemaker works. When intermittent happen?
