If someone moved a toilet... disconnected and slid it to a different part of the room, but never emptied the water out of it first, what would happen?

If the tank was not emptied and you flushed you will have a flood.

If tank is empty and you don't tilt the unit when moving everything will be fine. If tilted you will have water spilling out.

Not to mention that big stinky hole you leave behind.

You will have to either to sit the bowl back over the hole, or put a tray under neath the bowl and slowly remove water from the toilet. I suggest you don't try to flush the tank while the toilet is sitting on the floor away from its original location.

Take a cup and scoop up as much water from the bowl as you can - and then from the tank. If you want to move it out of the room, you should leave the tray under the toilet and move it with the toilet. That way you won't splash water that is trapped in the interior of the bowl on the floor.

Just ciurious: how did the toilet end up across the room ?
