Is having 816 calories a day bad? And with doing this is that a sign of a eating habbit although I'm eating?

Don't thank me, show love to your body with a balanced healthy diet, plenty of sunshine, and exercise, and your body will thank you with a healthy heart, liver, kidneys, brains and MORE.

You will simply FEEL better, do better, and BE better.

Yes, it's bad. If you continue down this path your body will start to eat your organs, for lack of a better term. You will eventually die

Okay thanks. But what if you eat the right amount then make yourself sick, as you basically have eat?

Then you will rot your esophagus and teeth.

That's called bulemia and is a serious eating disorder.

You MAKE yourself sick (throw up?), or eating certain foods upsets your stomach? What about grazing throughout the day rather than eating big meals?

What are your five favorite foods to eat?

Hmm I don't eat that much anyway and roast, fish cakes and salad can't think of anything else as intend to put myself off food. And I have only manage to make myself sick twice in the couple of days.
