I'm 18 weeks & have a mucus-like discharge, extreme pain in my abdomen that gives from top to my pelvic. Sometimes in spurts. Its like a sharp cramp & tight pulling feeling. I can't sleep & went to the er a few days ago & the Dr said I was having contractions but my cervix was closed. Is this all natural or a sign of something bad? I've lost 2 babies due to miscarriage & 1 due to an ectopic pregnancy.
