Is there any chance of not passing an EtG test about 39-40 hours after having a beer (16oz. 5.9%) and 1 shot? On Saturday Night around 11:30? Testing Monday afternoon about 3:30? Male 155, 5'10" usually pretty active?

There is always a chance of failure when you drink before a test, but the little amount you had should allow you to pass unless there is a zero tolerance.

What are the acceptable levels of detection to pass?

I have no idea what the levels are set at? I just found out that it is an ETG test though?

It's for court. Thought I could relax with a couple drinks on a Saturday night and be fine. Didn't think I would have a test today, but now I do and the paperwork from my last test says it was ETG.

Relax, and get facts after this test. Find out what they expect and give it to them. How long is your probation? How often do you report in person?

Naw, I ain't buying that you are clueless, or innocent, since the court never orders testing without a darn good reason.
