We need more information.
Is the panelboard in a remote structure? How far apart are the two panelboard's?

Its go be inside storage building and about 200ft apart

To drive 100 amp 200 feet underground, will take a four wire aluminum 2/0 AWG. Also, neutral and ground have to be isolated at the remote panelboard and the remote building must have its own grounding system.

Actually, it 2/0, not 2. At that distance 2 AWG just won't cut it.
If it was a service panel, 2 would be adequate sine you can de-rate a service... but not for a sub-panel.
