Is it possible to carry a fetus at the very end of your fallopian tube and start having probloms only to find out that your three months pregnant! Have your doctor do a procedure that puts you under and uses little burst of air to move the fetus down into the uterus! I'm wondering if this is possible or not and if there is any risk for the baby at all! Where would the baby get its nutrients if it were possible.

Are you saying that you're experiencing an ectopic pregnancy? If so, there's really nothing that I know of (unless there's new research out there) that can move the baby from the fallopian tube into the uterus. Ectopic pregnancies end one way, with the removal of the baby, and sometimes the removal of the fallopian tube.
Is it possible to move the fetus down to the uterus with air? Ummm, doesn't sound possible, but then I'm not a doctor, nor is anyone else on this site.
If this is a case of ectopic pregnancy, and your doctor is suggesting this treatment, there's really no risk to an already dying fetus. If it works and the baby is moved to the uterus and thrives, then great, although I can't see how this would work. If it doesn't work you really lose nothing, as the baby would have to be removed from the fallopian tube anyway, it wouldn't survive, and neither would you, if left where it is.
I hope that answers you question somewhat. Not a lot to go on based on your post.
