How do you know for sure if he really loves you for sure?

There's no way to know for sure.

But you should probably trust your guts... If you feel like he really loves you, maybe you're right.

Read all the heartbreaks in the relationship section, all of these started as true love ( or so they though) Read about the dead beat boyfriends who drink and sleep around and the women all make excuses for them because they really love them.

Then you tell me, if anyone knows what true love really is.

And my own opinion is that until you have lived together 10 or more years you don't even know what love is. You know like, your know friendship and you know a lot of lust. Love is all those combined in real life grown over time making a relationship work.

You just know, when he gets a certain look in his eyes when he see's you, or when he smiles a certain way. Also like Krystin says you have to trust your gut.
