When friends say they don't receive my videos I sent one to myself.
Sure enough, they don't come onto my computer.

There's a box with a pen figure in it. I click that and it says Mail Facebook
I click mail... then I put in the person's screen and when I hit send
There's a line at the bottom downloading the photo or video and then
I check my email because I sent it to myself and it isn't there.
