I have downloaded windows 2003 server and linux,as well as other files onto my computer.Is there a free download to convert these files from iso raw data files to something else so I can view them or open them?

No free programs that I know of -- I use Nero or Alcohol 120 -- Savage

Try the site WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files (http://www.rarlab.com) where you can download free copy of WinRar. It shows many type of archives. In it's setup after installing it asks that which archives must be connected to it. Check the box of ISO. Through WinRar you can open ISO files.
