I cannot file Federal taxes without the 1099-R form and I haven't received it yet, I tried contacting the Comptroller Office but they have not returned any of my calls. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you

They may not have mailed the 1099's out yet - for some 1099-R's the deadline for mailing is Feb 17.

What kind of oraganization is this? Perhaps they have an on-line site where you can log into your account and download the tax forms.

Agree with ebaines. Try the company website to see if you can download a PDF version of your Form 1099-R.
