I changed my job for two times in the same year (2014), now I got a termination from my last job because I'm leave my job without permission, and after 2 days they gave me termination letter, but now my sponsor can give me a ban, but I explain for him the reason whose obliged me to leave my position, but he doesn't want to forgive me, because they don't have staff, and when I left they closed the kitchen because before I worked alone there for more than 4 month, but I felt tired, and in the last days I have a serious health problem. What I have to do to delete this ban? Please, I need help, what I have to do in my case?

Yow were banned by your former employer (A "band" is a ring, a music group, or other group of people, but a "ban" would be a decision that you cannot be re-hired.) ? Which country are you in?

If you quit your job, I would argue that they can't fire (terminate) you; you were not working for them at the time you were supposedly fired. But you will have to explain your situation more, answering the questions I have posed above.

You can't "delete" the ban because you quit your job by leaving without permission. There are always consequences to our actions.

Most t's likely they "gave" you a termination is because you left without permission and never showed back up. In many places not showing up for a job after a certain number of days is a voluntary quit.

You ou weren't fired, you quit.

If the ban, or working conditions are unfair you should report them to the immigration service. What country are you in?
