Hi my mom recently has been very rude and dissrespectful to me. I'm 16 17 in June and she lets me do nothing. When I got my report card she threw it at me. She doesn't encourage me in my paintball. And since I'm 16 and FULLY sponsored by karnage eclipse paintball supplies and 3 by the river I think that's rare for a kid my age to gt all these. My dad is the only one that encourages me. Can I have my dad take custdy of me?

There is not much information in your post, or your previous posts, but let me toss some ideas out and see if anything strikes a chord in you:

Do you consider your Mom rude and disrespectiful becuase she won't let you stay out all night, or because she tells you "you're a loser and always will be a loser"?
Did she throw your report card at you because you failed all your classes, or because she is angry you only got an B+ average?
Does she not encourage your paintball because it keeps you out too late and you're failing to meet your other obligations in the house and at school, or because she just doesn't like it?
Do you want to live with your Dad because he doesn't supervise you and lets you do whatever you want, or because your mother is truthfully mis-treating you?

The technical answer to your question is that you are old enough to decide where you want to live. If your Mom won't let you leave, your Dad can petition the court to gain official custody of you. Given you are almost 17 though, you can probably just leave and go live with your Dad. Unless the police or child services have reason to remove you, they'll probably respect your decision and let you stay with him as long as he's willing to care for you. Of course - If you do that, you'll probably break your mother's heart and your relationship with her will always have this blemish on it.

I would never encourage you to stay in a situation where you are being abused, but make sure that you aren't leaving your home with your Mom for the wrong reasons.
