I'm having a problem with my Johnson Corporation furnace. Mine is model #HAS160AD M17, serial number 045317.

Try cleaning the thermocouple.

If nothing comes on except the pilot, I would look into the thermostat. Remove the cover and jump R and W. If the unit comes on, you have a bad thermostat.

Do you have a volt meter & know how to use it? With one you can see if you are getting 24 volts AC to the thermostat. If you are not, the problem is somewhere at the furnace & we can help you find it.
