I had for the last 4 days brown stuff in my undies and I searched everywhere and was told that it's my first period but today when I got home and checked my liner I had yellow discharge, does this mean that my period is over? Or something else? Please help!

It could have been. I'm not sure how old you are, but it would be a great time to talk to your mom about this.
