I'm married to a Filipina who is working here in Alberta. She is supposed to go back to Philippines but because of my application to sponsor her as my spouse she stayed. If I file a divorce can she still stay and finished her working contract? Can I file a divorce to a non permanent residence?

That question needs an answer from someone more knowledgeable about Canadian immigration law than me.
... Can I file a divorce to a non permanent residence?
I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you asking whether you can divorce her (in Alberta, I assume) even if she doesn't have permanent resident status? I would think so. I believe that in most common law jurisdictions (such as Canada), one can file for divorce without regard to where the defendant-spouse is located or resides.
