We recently had our well serviced. After they left we noticed 2 empty gallon bleach bottles in our garbage. How badly did this damage our septic system. What do we do to repair the good bacteria?

Won't do much. Bleach is only 5% active, 95% water. Bacteria in well react and you get more water plus you have lots of water in the septic.
