As far as I know.. if an economy has to grow, it needs another economy to live on.. am I right?
Clarify please..

Is this a homework question, or discussion? I have a problem with your premise that one lives off another. I prefer to think of mutual interest, and sharing the prosperity, of one another, or many economies. One may indeed be greater, or not so great as another, but unless there is a mutual benefit, you have a conflict.

In short all involved have to have realistic proportional growth opportunities.

Make sense?

'Live on' makes it sound like a teenager sponging off his parents while he saves some money.
So... YOU 'clarify please.' You sound like a student 'living on' people like us on online sites, hoping for for easy answers.

I will say that for thousands of years, many economies were self sustaining, and that in this modern era, more and more nations look for cheap labor and resources elsewhere to grow their economies.
Now you can write your own paper.
