I saw this movie 10 years ago. There was deadly(spanish) flu, I think that the virus was spread to America after infected man from Mexico crossed the border illegally to USA. The American scientists traveled to Russia and dig soldiers who were infected with the same flu and frozen dead. Their bodies were intact so the Americans found a cure.
