In the state of Florida, am I able to have a violent crime expunged? In my case, no one was injured but I was charged with aggravated assault. Any feedback will be helpful.

A great deal would depend on the details of your case. You say that you were charged, were you convicted? This (http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/Content/getdoc/a0b8e853-ce18-4333-acd4-a97f3c0acdd0/Seal-and-Expunge-Application_Revised-06152010.aspx) link is a great place to start, and provides a seal/expunction application for Florida, as well as a list of crimes that cannot be expunged. Aggravated assault is one of them, so if you were actually convicted, you are probably out of luck. Hope this helps.
