Double check that the cold water valve is fully opened... close off fully and then reopen fully... may dislodge something! Otherwise, is the hot water pressure down everywhere or just at a fixture or two? Let me know, OK?

Low hot water all over the house if that is the case you may have dislodged something to the hot water out let nipple, suggest to close the water inlet valve to the water heater, open a hot side faucet and keep it open, now go to the water remove the hot water line inspect the nipple and the line for and object clean and install open the water inlet valve see if you have good flow, good luck.

My suggestion would be to connect a hose to the water heater drain valve. Open drain valve, if you have good pressure and volume the problem is on the hot water out side. If pressure and volume is not up to par then the problem is on the cold water input side.
