I had got the email from member services<[email protected]> and it had explains me that I had won prize so how can I claim it?

It's a scam. They aren't going to give you any money, they are just going to take your money.

I agree with J_9. There are NO lotteries that give free money to anyone who has not bought a ticket for the drawing.

You don't get something for nothing. If something sounds too good to be true... that because it is... meaning it ISN'T true.

Think hard, when did you send them money and buy a ticket? Never ?
People get these all the time, they send out 100's of thousands of these emails every day.
