The proper response is to get a lawyer, challenge the test, and clear your name. You failed the test and it is up to the judge to decide what happens next. Telling him to go intercourse himself will not lend himself to being lenient on you. Acting out in anger and frustration will land you in hotter water. There's always other options, especially when you could have found a way to legally challenge and get retested.

Blowing up at the judge wasn't smart. Trying to explain your case in a level-headed manner would have been the way to go. That judge can make things very difficult for you and being nasty won't help. But anyway, we have seen your attitude here for someone that was nice enough to try to help you so I can just imagine what you were like in person.
