My door does not open from the outside but can still open from the inside. I think maybe something is broken from the handle. Anyone have any suggestions on what the problem is?

There is a connecting link and plastic clip that holds the parts is sync. Could be a broken or disconnected part. You will need to remove the inside door panel.
