So I was forced to wear the hijab by my mom not dad at a very young age. The more I grew up the more I disliked it, I wanted it to be a choice that I would make when I am ready. I told my mom that and she told me that it is not a choice and that your are supposed to by a young age. So is she being honest or not?

If you are a non-muslim please don't bother answering it, your wasting my time and yours.

You don't get to dIctate who answers here, everyone has a right to. You don't say how old you are but if you are still living under your mom's roof, and the hijab is part of who you are, then I would say she has every right to guide you in this.

As to honesty, how would we know that?

I hope I didn't waste your time, I didn't waste mine.

You question the honesty of your own mother? How old are you?
