Assalam alaikum wa rehmatullahi wa barakatu

My question is that if a husband is sexually very active and wife doesn't use contraceptive as it is prohibited in Islam then defenately she will conceive. So repeated number of sexual intercourse may make her conceived again and again. In many cases family is not able to afford mutiple children, or a wife is not ready for more number of child or if she is not ready to conceive, so what should she do if the husband is not ready to understand this and to control his sexual urgue and also it is said that husband and wife should keep each other sexually satisfied. Can she take contraceptive method in that case and which is less sinful method for this. Also what if she conceive and they are not ready for the child financially or because of any other reason?

These articles may be helpful, but abortions are forbidden as far as I know.

Husband and wife must discuss and agree on the way forward, and not practice deception.
