Been going back and forth about Trying to conceive. Stopped Jolessa 4 days before the end of the pack (on a Wednesday) and had a regular breakthrough bleed. Then had a freak out and thought I'd changed my mind about another baby. Went back on Jolessa for one week from Sunday through Saturday (so essentially starting a new pack 4 days late). But I realized I was being overly emotional and we do really want another baby so stopped the Jolessa again. Questions: (1) should I have another breakthrough bleed (no bleedng yet, typically I bleed the day after the end of the pack)? (2) did I screw up my cycle completely? (3) could I have ovulated/gotten pregnant before I went back on Jolessa?

We can only guess.

Yes, stopping, starting, then stopping again, will likely screw up your cycle. Not a good thing to do to your poor body.

Could you have gotten pregnant during all this? Of course. But are you? Don't know, you'll have to wait and see.

Sadly, because you very likely messed up your cycle by doing this, you likely won't know when to test. A missed period won't mean much because of all the stopping starting stopping of this pill.

I'd test 2 weeks after your last period would have been due. If that test is negative, wait another month and see what happens with that period.

Please don't do this to yourself again, it's not good for your body.
