Of course not, you can not be a girlfirend and have relationship with married man, tat is wrong in all of the religions.
It is wrong to even date him, and cause him to have emotional ties.
I will say this from a religious issue, if you are ready to give up your faith for a man, you are not really a Christian.

It's not okay to date a married man in any religion that I know of, definitely not Christian, and definitely not muslim (even more so in the muslim religion).
Dating a married man is wrong even if you're not religious. Why not ask his wife how she feels about you dating her husband?

You don't have to convert to be a mistress, and you are a fool to think he will leave his wife, or even mention you. He is not a Muslim anyway, no more than you are a Christian. So it really makes no difference since you both follow a lesser god.

You aren't a Christian woman, you are a home wrecker.
Yes, its wrong to have a relationship with a married man, no matter your religion.
