No, this is not an early sign. At this stage the sperm hasn't fertilized the egg, much less has the egg implanted. It's way too early for any pregnancy symptoms because at this early stage if pregnancy does occur, it hasn't occurred yet.

The clear discharge could be due to ovulation, infection, increased sexual stimulus, any number of things. But it's not due to pregnancy because it's way way way too early for any pregnancy symptoms to occur.

There is NOTHING that is an early sign, and you are getting concerned far, far too early. Be patient. What are you using to determine ovulation?
The normal 'biggest range' of time for getting pregnant is 1 month to 12, but you just can't count on anything!
The less you worry, the better for your body.

When you have a good idea of when you think ovulation is likely to occur, it can be helpful to start having sex several days prior through a few days after that time in case your calculations are off a bit. More clear, fluid, and/or stretchy discharge tends to occur around the time of ovulation, so it is possible that you ovulated a bit later than you expected to. If possible, sex every couple of days throughout a cycle will cover the timing.
As was said, it can happen soon after trying to conceive, or it can take many months even with good timing. See what happens when you would expect your next period. Hopefully you will be fortunate and not have to try very long. Good luck!

First, how do you know, your ovulation date, I will assume a medical testing? Whee you were tracking. *** not online or phone apps*** while not worthless, they are not correct for many people and never exact.

You need to start having sex, 2 days or so, before ovulation, to give sperm time to travel to egg.

No, this is not really a sign of pregnancy, at this point, there is none.
