Recently I took an hair follicle test and I tested positive for cocaine, I have never touched the drug in my life is it possible for cocaine to be in my hair from her use? If so how can I prove that I am not the user? Please help me I could possibly lose a great job opportunity behind this

Are you still living with your mom? You're 23 according to your post, maybe it's long past time to move out, after all she's a drug addict, not the best environment for anyone, and because of her use (according to you) you're not able to get a job now.

If you moved out 2 years ago there should not be any traces of anything in your hair.

A hair test, usually concentrates near the root of the hair, not the entire length of the hair, from what I understand. But I will admit that I don't know much about hair tests, I do know more about ETG tests.

After two years, it should not be showing, to any level to fail you. Unless you are with you mom all the time.

But, yes, cutting the hair, would be a start.
