My house is in the name of my husband and I. My husband just passed away and I was trying to change the warranty deed into my name only. What is the process? Quit claim deed? Executor deed? Do I have to complete a PT61?

The executor of the estate needs to prepare the deed. Speak to the executor or the attorney for the estate.

Have all the estate's debts been paid? Did you own the home as Joint tenants in common with right of survivorship?

File a quit claim deed as executor that transfers ownership from the estate to you as benficiary of the estate. It would be best to get an attorney or title company to do this for you.
