Hi,
I have a stopped up kitchen sink drain. The water runs for about 10 seconds before it starts to back up in the sink even first thing in the morning when the drain pipe is empty. Because of the length of time it takes to back up I didn't think the clog was so far down. However, I power snaked the drain with a BrassCraft Power Auger to a distance of about 15-20 feet. Some sludge came out, but not a lot. The drain is still clogged.
None of the other sinks, washing machine or other drains are clogged at all, so I don't think it is a problem with the main sewer line.
I was thinking of trying to use my wet/dry vac, but I doubt that will do the trick.
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
