I have a kenmore sewing machine model number 385.19233. I have gotten an error message of E1 Error. I do not know what that means. I have the manual but does not tell what the problem is. I have changed the needle, taken the bobbin plate off and cleaned out under it. I have turned it off and on nothing works. The only thing that works is the light. Can you help me?
