I have a 98 ford taurus ,so can anybody tell me the size of the FRONT ISOLATOR ENGINE MOUNT bolt.

Most today are metric thread, probably an 8 or possibly a 10mm thread, not head size. That far back might be SAE thread. ACE typically has loose bolts, try one until it threads in.

Take it in to Fastenal and they will size it and be able to get you a replacement.
