I live in Illinois and I am planning to move out of state. In Minnesota would I be eligible to work in the healthcare field and take healthcare classes. On my record I have a burglary and forgery from 1998 and in2007 I had a case for misuse of a credit card.

That all disqualifies you from working in healthcare anywhere.
