As I'm sure everyone is aware by previous posts, I had a termination in January of this year, which was a horrible experience, but right for me at the time.
Right now, me and my partner are trying to conceive. Finally feeling ready, and I couldn't be more excited!
I've started to get symptoms such as tender breasts, mild cramping, headaches and fatigue. It indicates that I could be pregnant as I had sex on the 31st October, which would make me 4 weeks pregnant. My only issue is that my symptoms aren't HALF as severe as they were in my first pregnancy. I know each pregnancy is different, but I feel as though I should be having more signs at 4 weeks gone. Obviously I know what every one will say as in "take a pregnancy test", which I am going to do after the weekend... and then I will know for sure.
I am just looking for some advice to see whether I should be experiencing more symptoms at this stage.
My first pregnancy I had meat cravings, but HATED bacon. Frequent urination. EXTREME EXHAUSTION. Boobs so painful that even a knock to one side of them would have me rolling on the floor in pain. Smells were heightened. I put so much weight on. Headaches were very frequent AND I had implantation bleeding...
This time, I seem to have very few of those signs, and on a much lower level. Could I be tricking myself into thinking I'm pregnant because I actually WANT to be this time? :(

I know the waiting can be difficult, but you will need to wait and see what a pregnancy test shows. Many women do have early symptoms, but many others won't notice anything out of the ordinary, especially prior to an expected period, until later.

There certainly is the possibility of looking for any possible indication since you are really wanting it as well.

See what happens when you would expect your period. Good luck!
