This started about two weeks ago. My toilet is making a pumping sound after flushing (#2) down. Also, there seems to be slowing down other drains as well in the bathroom. I had someone come out to find the clog he replaced the curve pipe at the point where the drainage connects to the outside line but I'm still experiencing the pumping sound.What's going on and how do I fix it?

Please try to describe what you mean by pumping sound. The terms usually used to describe drainage sounds is gurgling or bubbling.

You called someone on a what sounds like a toilet blockage and they replace a piece of pipe. Sounds strange to me. Please elaborate.
