Okay, so I've not being feeling "right" been having a feeling that I've never felt before, I guess I could say that I feel "off" I've been so tired lately, nauseous most of the day, lots and lots of headaches, using restroom frequently, bloating, the other night I had hot flashes and I think I had implantation... Of course at first I thought it was my period but there was only a tablespoon (at most) of blood and then absolutely nothing after, but the PT still shows negative... What should I do?

Have you missed your period yet? You might have tested too soon. Most pregnancy tests are most accurate two weeks after a missed period. Especially when taken with the first urine of the morning. The tests rely on a specific hormone being in the urine which is produced as your embryo grows inside you. The productions starts slowly and ramps up quickly. The tests test for a specific level of this hormone, usually present at about two weeks after your missed period.
So yes, you could be pregnant and test positive. You just need to test at the right time.

Unless you are two (or more) weeks late from your period, it is very likely you will test negative. False negative readings is very possible and likely, if you test too early.
So you may need to wait till you are late.
So yes from what you said, pregnancy is still possible
