Hello I started spotting three days before my period was due it lasted for two in a half days and it wasn't a heavy flow like my period normally be and I had mild cramps nothing like period cramps I normally get when I'm on my period so I took a pregnancy test the day my period was due but it was negative and I haven't took one since then.my breast are tender and I been having a pinching feeling in my uterus and fluttering.I also have hypothyroidism but the last test came back normal so I wouldn't think that's the cause of my problem can someone help please

How long ago did you take the pregnancy test? If it's been several days, you could try another test. Periods can sometimes be off, so it could be just an off cycle. If your test results are negative, you could see your doctor, or wait and see what happens when your next period would be due.

Often you need to be about 2 week late to really get the best test results. Also tests should always be with the first urine of the morning, as soon as you wake up.

So try testing again.
