We are on tank water with a Davey Dynajet pressure pump.

The bathroom taps have steadily been losing flow, it would take half an hour to run a bath, so yesterday my husband had a look at the pump and the result is we now have little or no water, hot or cold, running in the kitchen, bathroom sink or bath.
The toilet still fills when flushed, the shower works and you can hear the pump kick in when these are used.

Any ideas what's caused the others to become a trickle?

Problem's solved :)

He must have disturbed gunk yesterday which worked its way up to the taps, he's flushed the pipes and cleaned all the filters inside the taps.

We've got everything back and he's once again in the good books.

Iatrogenic* problems.

*iatrogenic (iatro- + Gr. Gennan to produce) resulting from the activity of physicians. Originally applied to disorders induced in the patient by autosuggestion based on the physician's examination, manner, or discussion, the term is now applied to any adverse condition in a patient occurring as the result of treatment by a physician or surgeon, especially to infections acquired by the patient during treatment. Cf. nosocomial.

Labman is an expert at these.

But the taps that were slow, are better now?

The taps are working perfectly now.

There was a build up of what looked like tiny grit (calcium?) in the filters on the tap end and my husband fiddling with the pump yesterday must have dislodged a load more from the pipes which then washed into the taps and totally blocked them, we only installed the kitchen and bathroom a year ago so we'll just have to make sure we clean them every six months or so.
