Hey I smoked 3 hits off a joint middle of November and I have a hair drug test. Only thing is is it is random. I think I'll have it sometime in February or maybe even March or April. Maybe January but that is doubtful. Will I pass my hair drug test?

Stop smoking and you should. They go back 90 days. February is about 2.4 months away.

If you have only taken three hits off a joint then you should be fine. They look to habitual use, i.e. you come home every couple of days and hotbox your apartment, not occasional use. IE, I hit my buddy's bong on his birthday.

A hair test is meant to show consistent use over time. Each half inch of hair, on the head, gives a 30 day history going back. Three hits most likely will not show up but if you continue to take 3 hits eventually you might have trouble passing the test.

Who gives anyone a three month notice for a drug test? Sounds really , really fishy.

Not likely... I've worked for 5 different companies that perform random drug testing of their employees over the last 33 years... and they never give a three month warning. At most you might get a few days warning. Usually it's a surprise test you don't know about until that day. A three month notice of a test completely negates the entire reason for random tests.
