Hello, Got a constant tickle in the back of my throat that makes me cough a ton! Have had post-nasal drip for pretty much like 15 years now but I just can't seem to shake it now. Cough drops obviously don't work, anything I can do to stop it?

If you have had this for years, you need to see an ENT or allergist. You could have an allergy or low grade sinus infection. Much as I hate antibiotics, this might be something a doctor would try before testing for allergies. I assume that you have tried the usual anti-histamines such as Benadryl?
If this is year round rather than seasonal, concentrate on indoors at first. Buy new pillows on occasion (I toss mine in the washer about once every 2 months) and wash covers and mattress pads, and HAVE mattress pads. The idea is to keep mites to a minimum, even though they are a fact of life and even live in our skin and eyelashes. Get rid of curtains and rugs if you can, and opt for blinds and bare floors. If you have any suspicions about your heating system, have it checked out. Clean air vents etc. I had problems in a place that had painted radiators.
Also try the new salt water nasal mists (I haven't tried them yet). I still use cough drops a lot and manage OK.

I used the salt water ( in a large bottle) that I rinse my nasal area , two or three times a day, it did work wonders,
But, you will need to get to the issue of the nasal problem. I find some over the counter items work for a few hours
Thick pear juice works about as well as any cough medication
Also a little wiskey with honey in hot water, always help my cough.
