I rent and landlord is not reachable. I am on a septic tank. Last night the toilet would not flush , then when ran the clothes washer I could bubbling noise and sludge can out of both showers and now my other toilet is not flushing right. Is this a sign that septic tank needs pumping or should I call a plumber?

It is a sign that you have a blockage in the drain line to the septic tank. Call plumber.
Just so you know. Septic tanks are periodically pumped to remove undesolved sediment that settles to the bottom. They are not pumped because they are full. Septic tanks are always full, they have to be full before they begin to work.

Locate the house cleanout and open it up. Is there standing water in it? Back to you, Tom

Normally if a septic tank ( actually the lateral lines) where it drains, has water and sludge in it. Up to a level and after that level, it runs out into a drain field.
If there is a issue in the tank, or if the lines in the dreain field are blocked. The tank will fill up completely and often bubble into the ground, But you should see the ground wet around the septic tank.
I agree, this does sound more just like a blockage in a drain line.

Yep.likely a blockage in the main. Not your responsibility but I'd call a plumber and send the LL a letter saying you had to prtect your/his property
