I am twenty two years old, I have never had a period, I do however have sharp and throbbing pains in my ovaries and abdominal area. I do know that ovarian as well as cervical cancer run within my family. Should I go to the ER because of the pains, Should I make an ob-gyn appointment, and what could possibly be going on?

At 22, never had a period, you should have made an OB/GYN appointment long ago. Please make an appointment as soon as possible.
