I have a pipe coming out of my oil fired, steam furnace that has rusted through. I have new pipes and a pipe union to replace the broken pipe but I cant figure out how to remove the old broken pipe. It has a tee fitting at one end and a reducer at the other end approx. 36" of pipe. I have 2 pipe wrenches and have pushed as hard as possible to break the pipe thread sealer but it won't budge. I even tried heating the joint to the reducer with a propane torch but still no luck. Any suggestions would be greatlt appreciated!
