I need to find overhead cost per unit for this year.
I only have 2013 total number of units.
Should I take 2014 overhead cost and divid it on No. Of 2013 units or use 2013 overhead figures?

You could use 2013 unit production as a proxy but as you have 2014 cost you should use that to update the unit cost
