Nirosha, to be able to give you accurate advice your post has been moved to its own thread.
Do you mind sharing more of the story so that we can get a better understanding of why he is doing this? It might give ideas on how to handle the situation.

Really there is no way to stop him from sending them,
How old are you? How old is he? It sounds fairly childish, so I will assume Jr high?
But, that is why you should remember that any photo you take or send, and any text you send, could be seen by anyone, parents, teachers, all of your friends.

He is your ex. Stop texting him then he will have nothing to send your parents.

You didn't say what the 'conversations and close up photos' were- that would help.
Are you talking nudes and romantic type conversations?
How are your parents reacting to what he sends.
Because he is an 'ex' boyfriend, you could try a few things.
1. Send him an email, and tell him to stop sending private information to your parents. (it doesn't really matter who he's sending it to- it could be your employer for example).
2. Speak to your ex boyfriends service provider. Tell them that you feel harassed, threatened, etc. because of his actions. I don't know if there is a protocol of some time to stop him this way, but they may be able to advise further.
3. Show your parents how to block unwanted numbers from their phone. Or, ask them to change their number. You should do likewise.
4. Stop texting him!! Really- that is a no-brainer. Who knows why he is doing this, maybe he wants you back via intimidation, which would lead me to my next point.
5. If all else fails, and he continues texting, or, he continues texting and starts other behaviours- such as stalking, go to the police. Tell them what he has already done, and what you've done, to put a stop to it. Provide hard copies, dates, and times.
